www.bootdisk.com offers great flashing advise and packages, but I could not get new flash file to fit on floppy image to be burned on CDROM.
Also bootdisk’s flashcd.zip file was empty or corrupted.
Then I saw reference to http://www.bay-wolf.com/usbmemstick.htm
at www.dellcommunity.com.
It is the easiest way to flash PC. It takes 5 mins to create bootable USB stick and flash your PC.
Easy as pie.
